These terms apply to your use of truckwise.ae. Rental, fleet and distribution services are provided under separate written contracts, which take precedence over anything on this website.
Information on this site
We aim to keep information accurate and current, but it is provided for general information only. Quotes are not binding until confirmed in a written contract.
Portals
Customer, vendor, driver, shareholder and team portals are provided on the TruckWise platform under their own terms. Shareholder access is by invitation only.
Intellectual property
The TruckWise name, logo, text, photography and video on this site belong to TruckWise or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TruckWise is not liable for losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
