Our story
TruckWise started in Dubai in 2012 with a simple idea: businesses that move food should be able to rent refrigerated vehicles that simply work, from a company that tells them the truth.
Since then we have grown alongside the UAE's restaurants, hotels, caterers, grocers and healthcare providers. The city changed around us. Delivery apps arrived, cloud kitchens multiplied, expectations rose. What our customers need from us has stayed the same: the right temperature, on time, with no surprises.
Today TruckWise runs on its own platform, built so customers, vendors, drivers and shareholders can see the same records we do. It is how we hold ourselves to our values every day, not just in a brochure.

What we stand for
Reliable.
We say what we will do, then we do it. Vehicles ready, documents current, deliveries on time.
Transparent.
Prices, contracts and records our customers, vendors and shareholders can see for themselves.
Built to last.
Long relationships with customers, vendors and our own people, measured in years.
Our people
We take the cold chain personally.
Behind every vehicle is a team of drivers, operations staff, finance and compliance specialists who take the cold chain personally. We hire for care and we keep people for the long term.
